Ryan grew up on his family’s grain and cattle farm in Manitoba. He earned a diploma in Agribusiness from Assiniboine Community College before beginning his career in the financial industry in 2022.

Committed to helping clients build a strong financial foundation, Ryan earned his Qualified Associate Financial Planner (QAFP) designation in December 2024, followed by his Real Wealth Manager (RWM) designation in January 2025, and most recently, his Certified Cashflow Specialist (CCS) designation in April 2026.

Ryan recognized the value of the CCS designation because it addresses the human elements of money management and does not simply rely on math to determine outcomes. A paycheque should work for a person, not a spreadsheet.

Through the CCS designation, Ryan helps clients create plans to break the paycheque-to-paycheque cycle, fund short-term goals and experiences, and gain greater control of their financial lives.Looking ahead, Ryan hopes to one day become a partner in his family’s farm operation, combining his agricultural background with his passion for financial planning.
